Description
Robust™ was specifically designed for generously proportioned people who require ergonomically sound seating solutions and rugged durability up to an active weight capcity of 500 lbs. Each component was created to provide exceptional strength and tested to exceed normal seating standards unde under BIFMA X5.11. Larger users can be assured of its structural integrity, durability, safety and function. Arms are made from steel and vinyl dipped for comfort. The 6 prong steel base is a larger 32″ in diameter to provide extra stability. Casters are far superior and the mechanism was specifically designed for this weight category. No stone was left unturned in seeking to provide larger users with an exceptional and comfortable product that will stand the test of time.

Ergonomic Features

Increase or decrease to match body weight. Allows you to rock comfortably, without heavy pushing, reducing muscle fatigue.

Lock the tilt movement in one or more position(s) to accommodate your working posture. Allows you to lock your chair in a comfortable and supportive position. (can be either single position or infinite style).

Allows outward movement of armrests to match shoulder breadth. Ensures armrests properly support forearms, reducing muscular effort in neck and shoulders.

Raise or lower to allow your feet to rest flat on the floor. Avoids pressure under your thighs, easing blood flow.

Forward and/or rearward allows seat to tilt forward changing the angle of your thighs in relation to the floor. Helps reduce disc pressure during forward leaning tasks.

Reduces pressure at the back of your knees, contributing to good blood flow.

Adjust to change the angle of your torso in relation to your thighs. Helps reduce disc pressure and relaxes your back muscles.

Support the body, effectively, allowing you to sit longer without discomfort.

Chair tilts from a pivot point under the centre of the seat, allowing you to rock. When your feet are well supported, blood flow is enhanced.
